Good morning Church & Friends,

These dark mornings seem to illustrate the time we are in at the moment. Will there ever be light we ask? The answer is YES! We may be currently in a dark place as we continue to work out how to live in a Covid world, however the Good News is that there is light at the end of the tunnel and one day we will be able to worship together, sing and hug!

Because we've had to make changes in the way we worship at Sunday services there have been positive moves. One of those is thanks to our Organist, Chris Burton who plays the piano reflectively in a worship mode at the end of our services. We have all enjoyed this as we remain seated to listen, reflect and ponder.

Attached to this email you will find Stewart's sermon from yesterday, do take time to read it and be encouraged.

It has been lovely to see children coming back into church and a small children's area has been created in the Chapel area, providing children and their parents a place where they can sit or play during the services. Please can I remind families that children need to bring their own toys or colouring book etc as we are not allowed to use any of the church toys. MOSAIC children have had packs delivered to their homes if they wish to bring those with them on a Sunday they can be displayed on the notice board when finished.

Our Treasurer, Sarah Broome will be placing new sets of Giving Envelopes for all who use this method of giving in Church this week. They will be available for you to collect. If you are unable to collect your set of envelopes please let me know and delivery to your home will be arranged.

I do hope you have a good week.

Blessings

Dennis Croome
